 Competition Terms & Conditions

These rules (“Official Rules”) apply to all current competitions and giveaways run by The Ozone Clinic on both Instagram and Facebook. You are also required to read and understand the rules outlined in the contest announcement posts on our social media channels (hereinafter, “the Announcement”).

• The Promoter

The following are the terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) for competitions (“Competitions”) and prize draws (“Prize Draws”) which are operated by The Ozone Clinic Ltd, registered in England and Wales No: 13843920 Registered address: 28 Astral Gardens, Hamble, Southampton, Hampshire, SO31 4RY.

By entering our contests and giveaways (hereinafter, “the Competition”), you agree to be bound to the following Terms and Conditions.

• Qualifying Participants
• Any person taking part in the Competition (hereinafter, “the Participant”), must be at least 18 years old by the day of the entry (hereinafter, the “Entry”).
• Participants must have their residential address in the UK Mainland, unless stated otherwise in the Announcement.
• Day 12’s Competition is limited to UK participants in the South East of England, with winners responsible for their own travel to Kingsworthy, Winchester.
• Participants must own their own social media account – either Instagram or Facebook depending on the Competition details specified in the Announcement. 
• Participants must agree and comply with our Official Rules.
• The Promoter’s employees, consultants, and their immediate families, as well as the Promoter’s suppliers, associated companies and agencies, are ineligible to enter the Competition. 
• Participants must complete all Entry steps identified in the Announcement. Failure to complete any of these steps will result in a disqualification of the Participant.

• Entry Period 

• The Competition begins when we publish it on our social media channels. The end date will be also specified in the Announcement. To access the Announcement, visit the Promoter’s Facebook page or Instagram profile. 
• Any entries which are received outside this period shall not be considered regardless of the reason.

Day 1 Competition:

Start: December 12, 2023, 6 pm BST

End: December 13, 2023, 6 pm BST

Day 6 Competition:

Start: December 17, 2023, 6 pm BST

End: December 18, 2023, 6 pm BST

Day 12 Competition:

Start: December 23, 2023, 6 pm BST

End: December 28, 2023, 6 pm BST

•  Entry Mechanism:

• To enter a Competition, you need to follow the instructions set out in the relevant Announcement.
• Participants must like the post and follow The Ozone Clinic on Facebook or Instagram to enter.
• Additional entries can be earned by tagging friends and sharing the post to the participant’s story.
• For Day 12 Competition, participants must follow three partner accounts on Facebook and Instagram and tag all three in their story for an additional entry – see Announcement for details.

• Prizes:

• The prize (hereinafter, “the Prize”) will be determined by the Promoter and outlined in the Announcement. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, except at the discretion of the Promoter. 
• Allow 2-5 weeks for delivery of the Prize, pending winner verification. If the Prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

Day 1 Competition Prize:

• 1 x bundle of 3 Ozone products worth over £100, including Ozonated Balm, Ozone Toothpaste, and Ozonated Olive Oil (Organic).

Day 6 Competition Prize:

• 1x Free 45-minute Metabolic Health Assessment with Laura Dinham, a qualified Nutritional Therapist, Naturopath, and Functional Medicine Practitioner.

Day 12 Competition Prize:

• 1 x Ozone Sauna Therapy provided by https://theozoneclinic.co.uk/ 
• 1 x Rebalance Massage, provided by https://www.mattbarkersportsmassage.com/ 
• 4 x group yoga sessions, provided by https://www.leresteflow.com/ 

• Winner Selection:

• A potential winner (“Winner”) will be randomly selected by the Promoter for each competition across Facebook and Instagram. There is only one winner per Competition unless expressed otherwise in the Announcement.
• The Winner will receive the Prize only if there is proof of compliance with these Official Rules, and if approved by the Promoter. The decisions of the Promoter are final and binding in all matters. 

• Notification of Winners:

• The Promoter will notify the Winner via a direct message on Instagram, Facebook and/or email and/or any other social platforms.

• In the case where the Winner fails to respond to the Promoter within 48 hours and/or provide an address for delivery of the Prize (where applicable) and/or confirm the Winner’s identity in a form of passport or driver’s licence, the Promoter might decide to select an alternative winner drawn at random.

• Winner Announcement

• The Promoter reserves the right to publish the name and/or a social account handle of the Winner on the Promoter’s social media channels and/or newsletter and/or website.
• All entrants hereby agree to have their entry disclosed publicly on any of the Promoter’s social media channels and/or newsletter and/or website.

• Disqualification Criteria: 

Participants will be disqualified from the competition, if:

• They’ve used a false name, address or email address. 
• They refuse to provide their full name, email address and address to receive the Prize.
• They submitted their Entry after the competition has ended.
• They live outside the Competition’s Delivery area.
• They are younger than 18 years old by the day of the Entry.
• Their Entry is incomplete or invalid. 
• Their Entry does not satisfy the Competition Terms and Conditions as outlined in this documentation. 

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant if there are any reasonable grounds to believe that the Participant has breached any of the Competition T&Cs or won using fraudulent means.

• Limitation of Liability 
• The Promoter is not responsible for any problems, damages, costs, errors; technical malfunction; issues with computers, phones, Internet and/or social media networks; incomplete, deleted or late Entries; inability to access Instagram or Facebook; injuries or deaths related to the Prize or the Competition; or any other problems related to the Competition. 

• Data Privacy:

• Your personal data shall be used solely by the current data protection legislation and in accordance with our privacy policy, accessible at https://theozoneclinic.co.uk/privacy-policy/ which governs how we may use the data we collect from you. 

• In addition to these Terms and Conditions, you hereby agree to comply with the following policies of Facebook and Instagram (as applicable): https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms http://instagram.com/legal/terms/ 

• A Prize Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram and if you enter a Competition, You release Facebook and Instagram from any and all liabilities in connection therewith (if and as applicable). 

• Changes to T&Cs: 

• These Competition Official Rules as well as Privacy Rules and Terms and Conditions might be changed by the Promoter at any given time. However, if this happens during an active Competition, the new Rules and Terms and Conditions will be announced on the Promoter’s social media accounts to notify the Entrants.
