Cancellation Policy 

Change to cancellation terms 1st July 2024: As of July 1st 2024 we will be increasing our cancellation period from 24 to 36 hours.

Minimum Cancellation Notice:

The Ozone Clinic requires a minimum of 36 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.  This notification period helps us ensure efficient scheduling and allows us to offer appointment slots to other clients.

Cancelling or Rescheduling Appointments:

• Online Cancellations: You can conveniently cancel or reschedule your appointment online through your “My Account” page up to 36 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
• Cancellations Attempted Outside the Window: Cancellations attempted within the 36-hour window through “My Account” will not be accepted. In such cases, you will be prompted to call the clinic directly to discuss your options (please ring: 01962 217110).

Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments:

• First Appointment & Online Booking: For clients who book their first appointment online and subsequently cancel with less than 36 hours notice, or miss their appointment entirely, the full cost of the treatment will be non-refundable, to cover costs incurred.
